When it comes to arrons I'm over priced and unhappy.They greet you with that sneaky smile and as soon as the get the chance the pull the butcher knife out and stive you in the back and then before the day is over that big ugly truck pulls up to you house like it's the mogue to retrieve you furniture if you miss one payment. Thats a shame.Know you kinda understand why some people lease a house full of there furnire and hall ***. I wish I had the nerves to pull it off.Ps..Peace out.

I AM A CUSTOMER OF AARONS AND HAVE BEEN FOR MANY YEARS. I HAVE FURNISHED MY ENTIRE HOUSE THANKS TO AARONS.IN THE BEGINNING EVERY THING WAS FINE AND IF I HAD A PROBLEM THEY WERE THERE TO FIX IT. THE EMPLOYEES TREATED U WITH NICELY THEY WERE COURTIOUS AND VERY HELPFUL. THE CREW THEY HAVE RUNNING THEIR STORE NOW IS UNBELIEVABLE. THEY ARE RUDE, UNTRUSTWORTHY,UNDEPENDABLE,DISHONEST,BULLYS. I BELIEVE I AM BEING TAKEN ADVANTAGE OF BECAUSE I AM A WOMAN.I HAVE SEVERAL TIMES TRIED TO CONTACT SOMEONE IN CORPORATE OFFICE BUT I KEEP GETTING THE SAME GUY WALLY AND HE IS JUST AS RUDE AS THE PEOPLE WORKING UNDER HIM. WHERE IS JUSTICE? I HAVE BEEN PAYING FOR A PRODUCT THAT I COULD NOT USE FOR A WHOLE YEAR. WHAT HAPPENED TO STANDING BEHIND YOUR MECHANDISE. THERE IS NOTHING PERSONAL WITH THE COMPANY IT IS THE PEOPLE THEY HAVE WORKING FOR THEM. I FEEL THERE IS NO ONE I CAN TELL MY STORY TO. I THOUGHT ABOUT CALLING RHONDA ROBINSON WITH FOX 6 NEWS. WHERE IS THE JUSTICE FOR THE PEOPLE. WHAT HAPPENED TO THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS RIGHT OR AT LEAST SOMETIMES. I HAVE BEEN CALLLED A LIAR BYTHE MANAGER CAIN SMITH THEN I WAS LIED ON BY ANOTHER EMPLOYEE.I BELIEVE HE LIED ON ME TO SAVE HIS JOB.UNLIKE AARONS I HAVE FALLEN BEHIND ALONG WITH ECONOMY ON MY BILLS. I AM A SINGLE PARENT OF FIVE AND I AM TRYING TO PAY ALL MY BILLS NOT JUST AARONS. I AM LIVING ON A FIXED INCOME AND I ALWAYS TRY TO PAY THEM SOMETHING EVERY MONTH. SOMETIMES I PAY AARONS AND DONT EVEN HAVE GAS MONEY OR GROCERIES. SOMETHING IS NEVER ENOUGH. THEY WANT STOP CALLING, LEAVING TREATING MESSAGES,OR POPPING UP AT YOUR HOUSE AFTER U JUST HUNG FROM THEM AND U TELLING THEM U DONT HAVE IT TODAY. THERE IS MORE MONEY ADDED TO YOUR BILL FOR A UNNECCESSARY TRIP CHARGES. I HAVE ASKED THEM TO STOP POPPING IN MY HOUSE WHEN I AM NOT THERE I HAVE 3 OF MY KIDS THAT ARE STILL MINORS(GIRLS).THE MORROW TO MY STORY IS I WOULD REALLY LIKE TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE OTHER THAN THE MAN WALLY THAT HANGS UP ON ME,OR COMES TO THE PHONE AND REAL;IZE ITS ME AND PUT ME ON HOLD FOR 17 MINUTES.
