Store manager harrassing an Employee

I was in the Lufkin, Tx Aarons Rents Store, the store manager (Austin) was telling an employee that he was looking for a reason to fire another employee (Emily) he said, "women belong at home not out taking jobs from us guys that have to feed them". this is not the first time I have heard something ugly come out of this guys mouth, the little girl that he seems determined to harrass until she breaks down and quits is a likeable little thing and the smile she used to have on her face is rarely there now. I think when my agreement with Aarons is over, i will take my business across the street to Rent a Center.
