I bought a couch from Aarons and waited three days to have them deliever it and I had to call them and they told me it was infested with bed bugs, so I was stuck because I had gotten rid of my living room furniture, and had to rent one to own, which I thought was 124 a month, they tack on a bunch of fee which brought it to 150 bucks.
I had a credit of 190 dollars from buying the couch and should of had a credit for the next month of 45 dollars, and they said it was only 9 dollars, so I said I wasnt gonna pay that and they took my extra money I paid, so the manager got heated when I started arguing and asked him why so I said come get f-ing thing, and he screamed at the top of his lungs get out of my store, and came over and started pushing my sister, still screaming and she asked him not to touch her, and I also told him thats illegal, you cant put your hands on someone like that, and he threaten to call the cops on us, he started comming for me and I said dont touch me either, he rushed out so fast I didnt even get my receipts for the payments I had. I called when I got home and asked them to bring them when they picked up the furniture and they were never brought.
I called Aarons customers service to complain and I said on hold for 30 min, and no rep even help me. So I will keep calling till someone listens to what I have to say.
No one deserves to be ripped off and treated like they are dirt, Mr Aaron if you read this I would take note that your service ***, and your stores are worthless.

My boyfriend got a laptop from Aaron's in the Philadelphia,Pa area, and it did not work properly.They kept replacing it,and with another used laptop. Their laptops are used!Than when he visited my in my area to see if they could replace it again.they took his laptop and didn't give it back,demanding something with an address from my area.He finally got thru to customer service, and they said the contract was cancelled. We will never go to Aaron's again!
