This company trys to make everything sound good until after you sign the agreement. Then the customer service disappears.

We leased a full living room set and after 2 months the top of the table began to show a hand print coming up through the finish of the wood. we contacted the store as was told by the manager that he was not going to replace the table, but would send someone out to look at it. That was 2 months ago and still no one has come.

Now we find that the wood trim on the sofa has nail heads sticking out of it that are dangerous. Still nothing is done. We called the corporate offices and were passed to the regional VP's office who then passed us off to the regional manager. Needles to say, we are still waiting on a call back from him and he is a part of the issue to start with.

Maybe, people need to look somewhere else for furniture, then let's see how the Aarons stocks do, cause that is all they care about!
