Got a 50 inch tv through Aarons and was told we would pay $840.00 over the phone and then after paying for 7 months they changed the price to $1680.00. I got the tv during a Christmas special "deal". The same exact tv sells for $599.00 so I agreed to the $840.00 because of interest, instead of buying it outright at Best Buy. the seoncd we bought the fridge i knew we were in for it. that was just shy of a year ago. the second week the door handle fell off. I took it to the store, left it, and have been told ever since "part was ordered,'. I have been renting from Aaron's since 2009 I have dealt with so many mangers and sales people, you buy the furniture from one person and in the middle of payment you're dealing with somebody else ,paid my br off bought a liv rm two flat screens one was stolen replaced it down to three payments couldn't make it asked to double payment answer was no we are coming to get it called corp. office filed complaint next step B.B.B everybody's not... My husband and I were customers of Aaron's. Worst decision we ever made. The ice maker on the refrigerator broke 4 times while paying for it and is broke again 6 months after ownership. They ripped us off on a smart t.v., the furniture broke down before I paid for it and they offered only a small portion of what I paid; towards another set. Which would have been a total of 5000.00 for furniture that had no warranties like they lie and tell you... Read more

We have been doing business for years with them. This is the last straw. We realize they did not contact corporate 4 weeks ago that our Pavilion Desktop did not work. We contacted them immediately. 3 weeks later Grayling came out Said nope it don't work, will call you in the morning. I called 7 times and my husband 3 and i finally got our Grayling on the phone.
