I leased a 50" new TV from Aarons. He stated to me that all electronics carry a 2 year warranty. When I got home and really looked at my papers I could not find anything relating to a warranty. After the TV was delivered and I looked at the manual information it plainly stated that the TV had a one year warranty. So, I then called the manager of the store and asked for a written warranty. I have tryed to get them to fix my dryer they had someone stop and that was it it cant be used the cord heats up and burns you when you touch it I spoke with them they just pass the buck and its been two weeks still not able to use it its funny because the want there payment but the wont fix anything so I guess I will just see how many payments til they fix it or I might just ask for a... I've tried to order a lamp for my tv and nobody know how to do it, called for 3 months and tried to get in cintact with management left messages and to date haven't received a call back. Trying to get in contact with customer service and all phone are discontinued.. its a joke Add comment

I, like a lot of unhappy customers had an unwelcomed experience. As I was having lunch, the Aarons harrassment rental guys showed up and had the nerve to say something about my boyfriend and referenced my sexual appetite. Asked if each month they could take the payments from my account automatically they said "no". The manager was very rude told me this is how he wants to run his business and that you need to pay by e-transfer each month, you get no choice.
