I rented a couch and loveseat for 18 months and a TV for 12 months. I fell behind in payments and owed only one payment left on my TV was told but it had been more than a year. I was told to come to the location in gulfort to pay 200$ to make my account current. Pat at aarons in fenton mo is a straight up ***...he never looks at computer to see you made your payment. ..he will come to your house raising ***...he is the reason il never deal with arrons again. ..what a shame! Add comment

Aaron's has began to harass all of my references and have been threatening my in-laws that because the merchandise were delivered to their home (whom I was living with at the time ) thy are saying they are responsible as well. I am making payments on a laptop from Aaron's. Problem number one that I experienced, I booted up the laptop as soon as I got home and it did not have any software on it, I'm guessing it was missing Windows because it would go to some strange menu. I had my tv picked up on aug 29 2014 to be moved. and the was suppose to deliver it aug 30 i have called and called the store manager anthony keeps lying saying they are going to deliver it till this day sep 2 they have not so its like my tv's have been stolen from me from the company that i have bought it frm Add comment

Well I purchased a really nice Samsung tv from them and I always payed on time until I lost my apartment. Money was getting really tight and I was starting to be late for my payments. I purchased a dresser set august of 2013. It was used but in good condition. Just the dresser and one night stand. Around tax time I was almost paid off and out of no where it jump up to 300 dollars! I've already paid more than 400.00. There been calling every day, I'm not paying one more red cent. They are high way robbery. hi i have made a compliant against arrons furniture in lethbridge before and they said they work work with me but they stole my tv i owe $350 on. is now gone after i paid $3000.i went to pay the rest and they closed my account. i call and all i get is attitude from the regional manager rick duncan. how can a company take $3000 from you and rip you off then go sell that tv to someone else?? arrons...
